POLICY SUMMARY:
Customers must contact us immediately, or within 3 days of receipt of the item in order for us to give the instructions for the return. Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise, or in the rare occasion that the wrong item was received. We do not accept returns if you bought the wrong size/color/style, so please be sure to buy what you want/need. Any non-authorized return shipments will be refused. Item must be received in original condition with all included accessories. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days of receipt for defective items.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are processed within two business days of cleared payment, usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping generally takes 7-10 business days, since we can not guarantee shipping times of the POSTAL CARRIERS we ask that our detailed ratings(ebay) are NOT based on their delivery times. If we hand delivered it to you, then it would be fair to rate us on shipping times. Once we hand it over to the postal carrier, we have NO control. We will email you notification of shipment when your order ships. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
